Shellie Adams is a Gresham, OR native who loves teaching primary students. Shellie got her Bachelors of Arts in Education and Music from University of Portland in 2015 and will be graduating with her Masters of Education also from University of Portland in 2018.
When Shellie isn't teaching Kindergarten you can find her teaching dance classes in the evening in Gresham. Tap dancing is her favorite :) When she isn't surrounding herself with children, which isn't often, she is spending time with her family, cuddling her two cats Macie and MoMo or enjoying being an Auntie to 8 nieces and nephews!
Shellie has a big sweet tooth so you will often find her with gummy bears in her teaching bag. She also loves traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures.
Shellie's favorite subject in school was music and reading. Shellie loves playing piano, ukulele, the oboe and singing. Shellie is a big Harry Potter but loves all children's books, especially The Magic Treehouse series, Elephant and Piggie and anything by Eric Carle.
